TRI STATE SUPRA MEET — PARTICIPATION AND LIABILITY WAIVER
By registering for the Tri State Supra Meet ("Event"), I voluntarily agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk. I acknowledge that attending and/or displaying a vehicle at a car meet involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: damage to vehicles, personal injury, exposure to loud noise, exhaust fumes, inclement weather, and the actions of other attendees. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
2. Release of Liability. I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Tri State Supra Meet organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, venue owners, and their respective officers, agents, and representatives ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in or attending the Event, regardless of whether such loss is caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
3. Vehicle Display. I confirm that any vehicle I register for display is legally owned or operated by me, is currently insured, and is in safe operating condition. I understand that the Event organizers are not responsible for any theft, damage, or vandalism to my vehicle during the Event.
4. Photo and Media Release. I grant the Tri State Supra Meet organizers permission to photograph, film, and record me, my vehicle, and my likeness during the Event, and to use such media for promotional, marketing, social media, and editorial purposes without compensation or further consent.
5. Event Rules. I agree to comply with all posted Event rules, instructions from Event staff, and applicable laws. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund.
6. No Refunds. I understand that registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond the organizers' control, the organizers may, at their sole discretion, offer credit toward a future event.
7. Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from my participation in the Event or breach of this waiver.
8. Medical Acknowledgment. I confirm that I have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I authorize emergency medical treatment if needed and understand that any medical costs are my responsibility.
9. Age Requirement. I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age. If registering on behalf of a minor, I accept full responsibility for that minor and agree to this waiver on their behalf.
10. Governing Law. This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New York.
